Both FunVIP and Credits are virtual services within the FUNPLAY.pro community. FunVIP provides special in-game privileges, while Credits serve as a virtual currency to purchase items or services on our servers. Neither FunVIP nor Credits are real currency and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Both FunVIP and Credits are linked to your Steam account, to which they are assigned and are non-transferable between different accounts.
- Credits and FunVIP should be activated immediately after purchase, but if they do not activate within 24 hours, please contact us on Discord or create a support ticket here.
- Free bonuses, such as free credits or free FunVIP access, obtained through contests, giveaways, or activities, are limited bonuses that cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. These bonuses may require activation through raffles, the website, or Discord.
- Transferring Credits or FunVIP to another Steam account is only possible if the source account has had any active subscription plan for over one month. However, the administration reserves the right to refuse any transfer without giving a reason, especially in cases of suspicious activity or repeated transfer requests.
- Terms and conditions for each payment method can always be found on the page where the purchase takes place. All payments are considered as voluntary support of the FUNPLAY.pro project and cannot be regarded as a purchase of a physical product or an investment.
- The FUNPLAY.pro administration reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset purchased or free Credits or FunVIP at any time, without prior notice. This may occur due to system updates, gameplay balancing, or economy adjustments. In case of a VAC or Overwatch ban, or a ban on any FUNPLAY.pro server, no refunds will be issued for purchased FunVIP.
- Purchasing FunVIP or Credits does not provide immunity from any punishment. If a user violates the rules of the game servers or Discord (e.g. cheating, toxicity, exploitation), they may be banned without any right to compensation or refund.
- FunVIP and Credits may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, Steam API outages, server restarts, or maintenance. No compensation or time extension is guaranteed for periods when the service is unavailable.
- The FUNPLAY.pro administration is not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from misuse of FunVIP or Credits or from server unavailability. All services are provided 'as-is' without any guarantee of uninterrupted functionality.
- By using any FUNPLAY.pro service, including purchasing or receiving FunVIP or Credits, you confirm that you agree with these terms. The administration may update these conditions at any time and the changes become valid upon their publication on the website.
