- By purchasing any item from the store, the user enters into a contract for the provision of a digital service and agrees to these terms and conditions.
- All payments are processed through an external payment platform. A payment is considered completed at the moment of confirmation and from that moment the digital service provision begins.

- In the event of rule violations, VAC, Overwatch, or community bans, no refund will be issued for any previously purchased services.
